Business and Scheduling Apps
Our scheduling apps (for example, Lawn Care Software, Salon Software, Dental Clinic Software, Teacher Software Pro or Student Software Pro) help you manage appointments, lessons, staff, customers, patients, students, services, payments and timetables. They work offline and do not require an account.
- Data you enter stays on your device. Appointments, staff and customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, notes, custom fields (for example, date of birth, insurance, treatment plan, goals, homework or grades), services, prices, payments and photos that you enter are stored only in a local database on your device. We do not receive, upload or have access to this data.
- Camera and photos. If you choose to add a photo to a staff or customer card, the app asks for permission to use the camera or to pick an image from your gallery. Only the image you choose is saved, and only on your device.
- Calls and messages. When you tap a phone number or email address, the app opens your device’s phone, messaging or email app. The app does not read your contacts, call log or messages.
- Notifications. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No reminder content is sent to us.
- Messages to your clients. When you choose to send a reminder to a client, the app opens your own messaging, SMS or email app with a prepared text. You decide whether to send it. The app does not send messages automatically and we do not receive them.
- Documents. Invoices, receipts, statements and reports are created as PDF files on your device and saved, printed or shared only where you choose.
- Export and import. If you export your data, the backup file is saved to a location you choose. We never receive it.
- Device backup. On Android, your device may include the app’s data in your personal Google account backup if you have backup turned on. This is controlled by your device settings and Google, not by us.
Because this data never leaves your device, you are in full control of it. If you enter information about your customers or staff, you are responsible for having the right to store it.
Games
Our games do not require registration and do not ask for your name, email address or other contact details. To keep the games free, improve them and fix crashes, some games use the third-party services described below, which may collect device information such as your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system version, mobile carrier, game progress, time spent playing, achievements, and crash and diagnostic reports.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
Some of our apps and games show ads and use analytics. These services are provided by third parties, which collect and process data under their own privacy policies:

To show ads, AdMob may use the advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, and information about your device and how you interact with ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and wherever the law requires it, we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google’s consent tools. If you do not consent, only non-personalized ads may be shown. You can change your choice from the consent message, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share data you enter into our scheduling apps with anyone.
Website
When you visit zebra-media.com, our servers and analytics tools may record standard information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit. Our website uses cookies, which are small text files that help us understand which areas of the site are most useful and remember your preferences. Our cookies are not used to identify you personally. If you contact us through the website, purchase software or use our live chat, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address and message, and use it only to answer you and provide the service you requested.

Desktop Software
Our desktop software, such as Webcam Motion Detector, Zebra-Media Surveillance System, Zebra Screen Recorder, Video Chat Recorder and Zebra Total Video Converter, processes video, audio and files locally on your computer. Recordings and converted files are saved to the folders you choose and are not sent to us. Live Chat Support Script is installed on your own website and server, and the chat data it stores is controlled by you as the website owner.
How We Use Information
We use the limited information we receive only to:
- provide, maintain and improve our apps, games, software and website;
- show ads that keep our free apps and games free;
- understand usage and fix crashes and bugs;
- answer your questions and support requests;

Data Retention and Deletion
Data that you enter into our scheduling apps is stored on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Uninstalling an app removes its data from your device. Data collected by third-party services is kept according to their own retention policies. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we receive from unauthorized access, loss or disclosure. Information on our servers is kept in secure, access-limited environments. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our scheduling apps and desktop software are intended for businesses and adults. Student Software Pro is intended for students aged 13 and older and for parents; everything entered in it, including timetables, homework and grades, stays on the device. Some of our games may be enjoyed by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Where a game is intended for children, ads and analytics are configured in accordance with the Google Play Families Policy and applicable laws such as COPPA, and personalized advertising is not used for children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, please contact us using the details below.
Legal Disclosures
